Cajun Boudin Bisquick Balls by Uncle Kev

Directions
Remove the casings from the Boudin and cook in a skillet over medium heat. Break the sausage and rice mix apart so the sausage and rice mix cooks evenly. Combine all the other ingredients together in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Form into 1 inch diameter balls. Put foil over a cookie sheet. Place about 12 balls on a the foil and cook for approximately 28-35 minutes or until the top of the balls begins to brown.
Ingredients
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 C. Bisquick
1 white onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped
1 T. red pepper flakes
1/4 C. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1.5-2 lbs. Boudin sausage
