Juice Cake
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 11x13 Pyrex baking dish. Combine the juice from the lemon and orange together. Mix 1/2 of the orange/lemon mix togther with powdered sugar. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients together in a bowl. Mix together with a mixer or by hand until mix is no longer lumpy. Pour mixture into baking dish and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Check cake with a toothpick to see if it is done. Tooth pick comes out clean when it is cooked. Remove cake from oven and poke 30-40 holes in the cake with a toothpick. Pour mixture you earlier set aside over cake.

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 6oz. pkg lemon Jello
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 2 lemons
1 4 oz. can apricot nectar
4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup powdered sugar
