Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 lb thin pork chops
- Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine egg and milk. Dump bread crumbs into a tray or Ziplock bag. Lightly dust pork chops with seasoning. Dip chops into mix then coat with bread crumbs. Lay onto a cookie sheet or any oven safe tray. Spray with cooking spray so bread crumbs appear look slightly moistened. Cook for about 20-30 minutes.
