Blackened Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 package boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into 1 inch pieces.
- 1 tbls. blackening seasoning
- 2 tbls. olive oil
- 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 6-8 garlic cloves minced
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. restaurant pepper
- 1 tbls. parsley
Instructions
- Coat the chicken evenly with blackening seasoning. Heat garlic over low-medium heat until tender. Remove half the garlic and set aside. Increase heat to med-high and add the chicken. Brown the chicken. Add the onion until it becomes tender. Reduce heat back to low-medium. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for about 15 minutes.
- Serve over pasta or rice.
