Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 bags fresh cranberries
- 4 cups white sugar
- 2 oranges juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cups honey
- 1/2 oz. brandy
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven 350. In an pyrex dish mix all the ingredients except the brandy. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Crush cranberries with a spoon or potato masher. Cover with brandy and chill in refrigerator.
