Fajita Onions & Peppers

  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 tbls. garlic powder
  • 1 tbls ground black pepper
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing


  • Slice onions and peppers into strips.  Put in large Ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients to vegetables in bag. Seal bag.  Shake up bag until mixed and coated.  Soak for about an hour.   Heat griddle pan to high and use tongs to add to pan.  Saute for about 1-2 minutes until vegetables become tender.  Excellent in fajita taco.
