Potatoes On The Grill

  • 2 russet potatoes peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch cubes.
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 6 tbls. butter
  • 12 oz sour cream
  • 1 tbls. Kosher salt
  • 1 tbls black pepper
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese


  • In a grill safe pan add the potatoes and coat them with the salt and pepper.  Cover and put on the top rack of the grill(350-400 degrees) for about 30-45 minutes.  Remove tray from the grill, stir in the remaining ingredients.  Cover and let cook on the grill for an additional 15-30 minutes.
