Potatoes On The Grill
Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch cubes.
- 4 green onions chopped
- 6 tbls. butter
- 12 oz sour cream
- 1 tbls. Kosher salt
- 1 tbls black pepper
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a grill safe pan add the potatoes and coat them with the salt and pepper. Cover and put on the top rack of the grill(350-400 degrees) for about 30-45 minutes. Remove tray from the grill, stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and let cook on the grill for an additional 15-30 minutes.
