Soak toothpicks in water.
Drain pineapple juice into large bowl.
Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and orange juice into bowl with pineapple juice. Stir in pineapple and let marinate for approximately 1-2 hours.
Wrap each pineapple chunk with piece of bacon and pin with a toothpick. Put in tray or bag. Stir in black pepper, jalapeno and brown sugar.
Grill and serve.
