Sweet Hawaiian Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
- 2/3 cup sherry not cooking sherry
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5 tbls. honey
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Heat ingredients until just before they come to a boil. Cool, and use to marinate chicken or pork for the grill.
