Ingredients
  

Batter

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbls. vanilla
  • 2 Tbls. honey
  • 3/4 C. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing

  • 1/4 C. Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 Tbls. butter softened
  • 3 Tbls. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 C. Buttermilk

Instructions
 

  • Whisk batter ingredients together in a shallow dish. Dip both sides of bread slices batter and cook in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle each slice with cinnamon. Serve short stack dusted with powdered sugar and some cream cheese icing.  French Toast1 Loaf Large Bread or Texas Toast
