Teriyaki Broccoli & Carrots

  • 1 cup carrots julienne
  • 2 cups long stem broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbls. olive oil
  • 1 tbls. butter
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp. teriyaki
  • salt & pepper


  • Steam vegetables until tender. Over med. heat melt butter and add olive oil and teriyaki.  Toss in vegetables. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
