Grilled Meat Balls

Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 C. Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 T. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 T. spicy mustard
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 C. diced onion
  • 6 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 jalapeno peppers chopped
  • 2 T. red pepper sauce Cajun Chef

Sauce

  • 1/4-1/2 C. Pure Cane Sugar Dr. Pepper
  • 1/2 C Ketchup
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix meatball ingredients and roll into 1 in. balls. Grill or pan sear. When cooked, baste with sauce and cook for a couple more minutes .
