Italian Sausage Queso
Ingredients
- 1 – 10 oz. can diced Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
- 32 oz pkg. Velveeta chopped into cubes for easy melting
- 1 – 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. hot Italian sausage cooked crumbled and drained
Instructions
- In a slow cooker or microwave combine ingredients and cook on low until cheese is melted. Stir occasionally.
