Skillet Chicken Fajitas

  • 1.5 lbs. chicken breasts
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 fresh jalapeno chopped
  • 2-4 tbls. butter depending on amount of chicken cooking fajita seasoning (any kind, recommend fiesta)


  • Open chicken breasts slice into ¼ inch strips. Cover the chicken with the seasoning. In a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add chicken strips and vegetables. Saute until chicken is cooked. Server in warm tortillas and add desired toppings.
